To kick off the weekend in Aruba we enjoyed a delicious girl’s night dinner at the Sunset Grille. Below is my Prime Kurobuta Pork and Leslie’s Chilean Sea Bass entrees.
Prime Kurobuta Pork: Two medallions of sirloin wrapped bacon; herb-crusted Caribbean chimichuri with tropical relish. Chilean Sea Bass: Topped with balsamic whole grain mustard, green herbs pesto sauce, ove roasted Roma tomato and Bermuda onion rings

I’ve just returned from a long weekend in Aruba to the cold, yet festive Manhattan. For four days I feasted on amazing local dishes that I can’t wait to share. With Christmas rapidly approaching, plus more shopping left, and traveling upstate, all I can post at the moment is a preview of the beautiful sunsets and fresh coconut, but be sure to check back soon.
